A large-scale renovation that left no area unturned, inside and out. One of the most magnificent sites in northern Michigan lakefront, this project was a unique collaboration between ESJ, interior designer, and landscape architects, which brought a touch of modernity to the beach house and resituated the home in its natural setting, including a new circle drive and bridge entry. Care was also taken to upgrade mechanicals–transitioning most of the house’s system to electric–and seal the building envelope.
