We work on a range of projects and properties, including energy retrofits, renovations, and new construction homes and cottages of all sizes.
Project Planning, Design & Management
As experienced project managers, we know that robust pre-construction and design phase planning allows us to define a path for your project and address concerns before they become real-time problems, benefitting the relationship, budget and schedule. We like to be involved as early as possible in your project and can work with an existing architect or provide suggestions depending on where you are in the process.
Seasonal Service Work
Whether Evening Star Joinery built your home or not, we know homes and cottages last and work better when they are maintained regularly. We love to be involved in the long-term care and maintenance of our clients’ properties, from managing future painting, to overseeing seasonal maintenance or as-needed repairs. Seasonal service work can be considered for current building projects, past clients, as well as new clients and properties.

For us, sustainability also means building a structure that demonstrates comfort and resiliency for the next 100+ years. We have certified Passive House Tradespeople on staff and take every opportunity to employ the benefits of this building standard.
